This Apple iPod Shuffle 2GB 3Gen was part of a Liquidation Lot .These are Convention Grade. Due to the fact that the remaining lot that we have the cases have scratches and are not visibly suitable for our retail store , but are otherwise in GREAT condition . They have never been used by the public and only used at vendor conventions.

All have been Tested by our staff.

I am confused. This is the third time I have bid on something and have instantly been outbid. What is this? It is unfair, I do not like it. Can someone tell me what is going on, I think it is a cheating way for someone to bid, how unfair, it is like when I go to the library and rent out a dvd, but I cannot because some fool has phone called and asked for the dvd to be put to the side. Instead they should take their lazy body and physically rent it. It is unfair when an able bodied individual goes there and cannot rent it. Just as it is unfair when an able bodied individual bids and cannot win because of a cheater.

I am assuming you are new to auctions. What BunnyGirl has stated is true. This is how EVERY bidding site works. So say like now the bid is at 560. but if someone has bidded say 1,000 your not going to get the winning bid till you bid over 1,000.. Get it? Please do your homework before you slander someone's item. All it's going to is get you booted.
