What would you say the weight range is?

9 to 35 lbs. But it all depends on the build of the baby. I can make it to fit your child if won though :)

is it waterproof or does it need a cover?

No cover needed had a hidden layer of PUL which is waterproof. :)

How long do they take to make? How many layers is it made with? What does OS mean? Is it made with a pocket? O! one more thing, How many pee's do you think it can take?

They take about 2 hours from start to finish if I am just working on one. Most of the time I work on a few at once. The layers go a woven cotton, PUL and they a super soft butter suede. OS means One Size fits from a few weeks after birth all the way to potty training. but that all depends on the size and build on your baby. There is a pocket in the that you add the adsorbent material to.. This listing is for the diaper only so you will need an insert. As far as how much pee it will hold. When stuff with a cotton prefold or two it can last about 3-4 hours and if stuff with something like hemp or zorb even over night.

well he just turned 3 today my daughter told me the diapers his mom brings are a size 9 i hope that helps you i dont know how much he weights sorry i hope this will help you... thanks so much my daughter want him to quit peeing and then telling her he will go up to her and say im peeing man she hates that lol or take him to potty then 5mins pee i told her we had that to when my boys potty trained lol but he loves sponge bob, scooby doo, dora,little pet shop, cars, just a few of what he likes i will bid on any of them even if not training pants i got undies for him but cant find the rubber pants to go over them so what ever you got that will show him he is wet i will bid thanks lots...

I can make one for a fee or you can use a dish towel or micro fiber towels from the car isle in the local walmart.

Awesome!!! Love that you use suede instead of microfleece or fleece my lil guy has allergies to the synthetic polyester fleece which has made buying commerical diapers impossible...

I can even use OBV with is organic bamboo and cotton velour. Feel like a newborn kitten. I try to go with as many natural breathable fabric as I can.. Even the PUL I use is Food safe super breathable, durable but not harsh.
