no you dont thats if you dont cancel it

it will cancel its self out if theres no funds and the psn account or if theres no bank card on it or both

i have over 8months on psn plus never once asked me i had to have a bank card on file

now if you put your account as if you was 13 but not 18 years of age it might ask you that but i dont think so :)
