The listing, Ruby and diamond accented ring has ended.

This was a gift and I have never worn it. It has been sitting in my jewelry box for years. I was told that it was a genuine ruby with 2 real diamond accents on the sides. I believe it is a size 7.

no there are no markings on it. The ring is only classified as goldtone. The ruby is .55 of a karat.
