This is a pair of promo cards that were NOT available in packs; they were romotional cards sent to card shops 20+ years ago hoping to help sell a particular brand of cards.
The cards here are preview/promo cards for:
1995 Flair
1993 Wild Card (promo is for the "Stat Smashers" insert set)

Barry retired at the top of his game, having collected almost 1500 yards (1491) in his last season before an abrupt retirement at the age of 30. Few doubt that Sanders would have eclipsed the career rushing mark had he continued to play; he retired less than 1500 yards shy of the NFL record at that time. He was a 10-time Pro Bowler, a 6-time First Team All Pro, an NFL MVP winner (1997), a member of the elite 2000 Yard Rushing Club, and a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
