I bought this phone but only used it for a few weeks. It is in perfect condition. I reset it back to factory default so you will have to change it first then set it up.

A CDMA unlocked phone can be used with Sprint, Verizon and US Cellular. I have included two cases The pink Otter Box was 70 dollars by itself. Phone comes in the original box with charger and earbuds.

The iPhone 5c 4" (diagonal) widescreen multi-touch IPS LED-backlit 1136x640 native resolution (326 ppi) "retina display," and dual cameras -- a rear 8 megapixel, 1080p "iSight" camera and a front 1.2 megapixel, 720p "FaceTime" camera -- all housed in a polycarbonate "unibody" case.
Each iPhone 5c model is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual core "Apple A6" processor, has 1 GB of RAM, and 8 GB, 16 GB, or 32 GB of flash storage. This model also supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and 4G/LTE, has a bottom-mounted headphone jack and uses the "Lightning" connector to hook up with a Mac, PC, dock, or power adapter.
Apple estimates that the iPhone 5c models provide "up to" 40 hours of audio playback, 10 hours of talk time on 3G, 8 hours of Internet use on 3G, 10 hours of Internet use on 4G/LTE, 10 hours of Internet use on Wi-Fi, 10 hours of video playback and 250 hours of standby time.

I left the iPhone and got a samsung with my sis on a special she said they were great...I'd like to run over it with my car personally....I want to go back to the iPhone but don't know if I want the 5c back or try the 6s plus or wait for the 7....can I get your opinion please...thanks Lori

IMEI # 358533056671827 it's not black listed I just had it activated less then a week ago...I had this activated and then in the same day decided to buy a bigger phone so I could see it better without glasses. I bought a new (iPhone 6Plus S). So this one works perfect...It is a great phone and works awesome... It is like new because I used it for total about three weeks since I bought it.

It can only be used with CDMA carriers... You would have to look up CDMA carriers on the internet to see where it can be used.

I bought a Verizon Note 4 and activated it on Straight Talk, I could make and receive calls, but I couldn't get picture messages. I called Straight Talk and was told to wait 72 hours then it should work, and it did, and I didn't change any sittings. I thought I would let everyone know, including the lister. I hope you get lots of credits.

AWESOME auction my friend!!! I'm normally an android girl, but it's sooooo hard to find a CDMA/Verizon phone on Listia, I'm willing to try an iphone LOL! I've won 2 phones in the last month or so --one was an AT&T which is a definite no no with V. and the other is working --but it's only a 3G and I can't seem to get apps like Listia or social media on it :/ So watching and hoping to bid --I'm sure this will do very well :D
