This bag is stored in plastic in a smoke free environment.

You definitely got lucky that's for sure! The same thing kind of happened to me but with a COACH purse. I saw it at a yard sale and it was marked $5! I looked inside and sure enough, it had the serial number inside!!

I also did that with about 6 coach purses, I went to a consignment shop and a liquidation sale and bought a few for under $10.00
