The largest size listed in the book is size 46, although most of the adult sweaters list only small, medium or large with the largest measurement of 49" while the size 46 lists a measurement of 50". There are also baby and children's patterns included in the book.

I can do the math, if they don't create a size I need, I have to custom fit most items anyway.
