Yes a navy blue the pattern is hard to explain but really neat and pretty. it is 100% rayon and tag says hand wash cold do not twist or ring hang to dry

A guesstimate of 3/4 or long sleeve will work just fine..also, at Your height, how long does the skirt fall? i.e above or at knee vs. mid calf vs. ankle? A guesstimate on this is good, too! tytytyvvvm!
