The listing, LG TracPhone ("flip" phone) and adaptor has ended.

ADDED INFO: IT'S AN LG200C MODEL. This phone is an LG TracPhone that I carried for a couple of years as a emergency phone. My daughters, embarrassed by my lack of phone/texting savvy, added a new phone for me to their family plan! It too is black and I'm still slow at texting, but they are happier! This DOES include the adapter. I'm not sure what else to say about it; I'm really dumb about these things. PLEASE ask if you have questions - and I'll check with my girls for answers!!

There is no Sim card in the battery compartment that I can see, although there is a tiny screw that would allow me to open the "inner works" - but I'm afraid I'll break something. Similarly, there is a rubber "plug" in the end opposite where it charges that fits tightly that I've not been able to get out by trying gently. I'm also afraid to grab pliers and just yank on it.

Looking online, it appears to be a model LG 200C Tracfone (http://www.best-prepaid-cell-phone-plans.com/lg-tracfone.html) This site says: Very small and basic LG Tracfone. The only Tracfone I've found with a Hearing Air Compatibility rating of M4 - the highest possible. It has no camera, but no protruding antenna either. Looks quite nice. Tracfone LG 200C review.
