I wasn't aware that they made marijuana leaf hats for children or youths. I believe it should fit an adult's head but I can't say so for sure because I have a head full of dreadlocks that I have had for over eight years and I live by myself so no one to test it out on. I am willing to say it is an adult's small cap, but not a youths hat. I hope this helps, as you can see the attached tag doesn't give any indication and it didn't cross my mind.
