Sold as is, no charger!

I purchased this from eBay. It worked for about a month, then it was saying it had hardware issues. But now it's showing a cracked screen but the outer screen is not damaged at all. It still runs when on the charger, but it only shows a cracked black and white screen. I'm not sure what's really wrong with it or what is needed.

This is sold as is or for parts only.
