VINTAGE Swingline#13 Heavy Duty Stapler in box. This is OLD! Address is Long Island City, 1, N.Y. Before zip codes came out in the early 1960's! Box is beat, sides torn, but a neat stapler that I CANNOT figure OUT How to USE! It says to Lift the spring from the follow block hook. I have no idea what that means and do not know if it has a follow block hook. Anyway, Free shipping and this is over 2 lbs, in the USA only. See pics for what it looks like. I am not sure if it works or not. You are getting this "as is".
