I have a nice silver T-mobile razer phone that works great it has a dragon on the phone the phone has 2 chargers one is new and the other one is used but works great

This would be great since I have TMobile for my carrier and I have a razer phone that I just put a brand new battery and can't seem to get it to turn on. I really need this phone.
