Probably printed by the manufacturer ( Donruss ) late in the year 1990, in order to sell early in 1991 to baseball card collectors

Trying to help you describe your product correctly, if you don't want to help, so buyers know what they are really getting ( 1991 not 1990 ) then so be it...you call it 1990, which it's not, and if winning buyer wants credits back because you described the auction wrong they would be entitled to refund
