i dnt have the serial # but no tears at all good interior in great condition makeup are different brands and the makeup is used but still like new

How do you not have the serial number? Isn't the red, white, and blue tag inside of the bag? If it is, flip it over and the number is on the back of that tag. It is one of the ways for you to prove authenticity. Otherwise, you probably won't get nearly as many credits as all of the people who do provide the serial number. Not trying to be mean, just trying to help you. It appears by your feedback that you are new to Listia:)

I don't think you are allowed to have used make up on here either. I could be wrong but I would check into it. It seems as if it would not be allowed. I know they have rules about what you can list in your auctions and what you cannot. I just worry that they are going to take your listing down. I have seen it happen to others.

I just looked it up in the Listia Rules and I copied what it said:
Used cosmetics & makeup
Anything with an applicator that comes into contact with the body.
I would just do the bag and take the make up out before they take your auction down!! Good Luck:)
