this bag is 13 x 14 w strap 21 1/2. the other brown bag is 11 x 12 w straps 21 1/2 hope this helps you

I don't see the problem with her being new. If she does not send the item,she does not get her credits until she does. You were new once also ripcmoredog. People took a chance with you also. I have had to make complaints and start disputes. Listia is very fair when it comes too things like that. That was just a rude thing too say in my opinion.
