what is the measurement ? does the purse have cigarrette smells ?

The purse is 8 inch long 5 inch tall and about 3 inch wide. The strap is 16 inch long. Is from a smoke free home. There are no stains makes or wear to it it is almost brand new. The serial number is k236682. It has a small inside zipper pocket. The zippers work perfectly. If you have any other qustions please feel free to ask I don't know how to add more picture or I would.
