its just a plain band
fits newborns to about 2 years old depends on babies fingers my 3 year old osn can no longer fit it
has no markings or envravements but my son has wore it for over 3 years and it never left a mark or hasent changed color might be plated idk for sure so i just have to say its gold plated. i didnt buy it i got it as a gift so i cant tell you if its real or not
