This is a brand new ladies Essential V neck ladies top.It is very soft and a t-shirt style. The tags have been removed but it has never been worn and never been washed.The size on the shirt says 4 X and I bought it as a 4 X from a shop online. I wear a 3 X but I like my shirts loose and baggy. I took one look at it and said there is no way that is going to fit me so I didn't even try it on. It does look as if it is a little stretchy but I do not like tight shirts.To me it looks like a 2 X so I am selling it as a 2 X not a 4 X like the tag inside says. It comes from a smoke-free home and shipping is free to verified addresses. I'll answer all questions as quickly as possible. Thanks for looking!

Measurements are: shoulder 18"
chest 26"
waist 26"
length 28"

My son did this for me with my instructions on how to do it. The chest measurement was from armpit seam to armpit, the shoulder was from shoulder seam to shoulder, the waist was measured at the smallest section about half way down and then across and the length from the top of the shoulder to the hem at the bottom. I hope that this helps.l It is a very nice shirt and the color is darker than the picture shows. It's actually a navy blue. Thanks for looking!,
