unless I am not seeing it (which is entirely possible) it is not "against" Listia rules to post stock pictures. They merely advise to not use stock if possible:
"1.Provide simple yet concise auction titles, clear photos (avoid stock images), and a detailed description."
- This can be found in the Sellers part of the Listia Rules.
