The listing, Zac Posen For Target Snaptape Dress XL has ended.

Part of the Zac Posen for Target collection. Bought it, wore it once, met alt country darling Neko Case while wearing it (just some trivia for you) but it'll look so much better on you. Because you're not as old as me, with saggy arm flab that is highlighted by the cute cap sleeves. Also, you can probably rock a really cute bra that won't interfere with the plunging neckline like my ugly bras do. Enjoy!

I think it would work for.....that person.....hypothetically speaking, of course. because the waist is defined and the skirt is full, the tummy factor should not be an issue. the not so much up top should be okay too. http://www.collegefashion.net/fashion-news/zac-posen-for-target-lookbook/ this is a link to the whole collection the dress is from. maybe the model photo will help you decide.
