I don't know if it is antique or just very old but It is used and old and is missing a couple of the clear "dangling" things. But overall it is in good shape. Please see all pictures to get the best idea. It is a really nice piece...Vintage Glass lamp holder or stand.....Whatever was attached to the top is not included..... only what is pictured. I do not know what it is made of.

Yes the top piece that screws in is included. I think it was to hold on a glass lamp or something.... I don't know but it is included.
