Here is a 1952 crochet booklet DOLLS OF THE AMERICAS. With designs and instructions for making hand crocheted outfits for dolls of different North and South American countries. Some of these are shown in the photos above. J&P Coats Book No. 284. 15 pages. In very good condition.

This is an adorable booklet but, I'm not sure how to find the right dolls to use. What size are they? I remember them from my childhood. My grandma used to crochet dresses for them. What great memories this brings back!

Oops! Sorry! These are for 8" and 11" dolls. I would guess craft stores would carry the dolls, or perhaps eBay. Very cute~ glad they bring back such great memories of your childhood!

Thank you! Since I live in the middle of nowhere, the closest craft store is over 65 miles away but, I did find some on eBay. Problem solved! Thank you! :)

Glad you found them! I live an hour away from everything too, so I totally understand not being able to just drive somewhere close and find what I'm looking for ~ thank goodness for on-line shopping!
