That is against listia rules dear u must ship within 7 days of receiving the winners address and u cannot put a condition on free shipping either

I have read rules, they also state agreements between seller and winner, if its in description when i ship for free and you bid its an agreement, free shipping is unconditional, its agreement between seller and winner which is totally fine,
