Umm, although it is bit loose for me, I would say it could fit a large snug, but an xtra large prolly wouldn't fit, although I even have some xtra large shirts I fit in, Suppose it's just the brand, but this particular one, I would say no, I'm a 34B if that helps lol!!!

Yes I would say, I normally wear mediums and can wear some smalls, but this one is not tight at all, def fits comfy!
