The listing, vintage and newer US Military hat pin has ended.

1 says acid test on that back which is gold in color i would guess that it is a newer pin the other 1 looks much older. the older 1 i think the piece you spin to attach it looks original but yhe pin backs arent

Should be Army or Army air corp which would be air force before they were split i am not 100% on this I collected them when i was 8-16ish and i am 36 now so it has been a bit. I kept all my medals ribbons pins and even items like this in display cases. the cases were cotton lined with a glass face and i had to stick nails in the cardboard sides to hold them together. if that helps at all. I loved and still do love my collection but right now i am home on disability and since i am getting married soon it was time to get rid of stuff i have had forever i am keeping stuff from my family and letting other people enjoy my collection =)

oh it is the center logo on a hat so it is larger than an old silver dollar a little smaller than my 13 year old daughters fist size wise. the 2 of them side by side are almost the same length and width as my cell phone which is a samsung s6 and

Also FYI if your looking for the Marine 1 i have it in a seperate auction it is the larger pin for the hat and 2 lapel pins for the Marine uniform the lapel pins are newer relatively speaking since i have not bought anything in 2 years but the hat pin I am fairly certain is WW2 era
