> I am happy to work with anyone who wins my items, so ask to resolve any problems with me personally before posting negative or neutral feedback to my account or any one elses. Negatives affect business, and detract from this site’s enjoyment. I have a 100% positive rating and work hard to keep it. Please feel free to contact past winners to check me out.

> I ship a few times each week but not necessarily the day after an auction ends.

> Free shipping, when offered, is only in the USA. However, delivery confirmation is not something I use since most items go first class letter. For first class parcels, this is an option the Buyer may request at their expense (min. of $1.00). All items are taken to the post office. I will not be responsible for lost, mangled or mishandled mail.

For split shipping or Buyer pays shipping, monies are due PRIOR to shipping. Paypal is PREFERRED. You don't have to have a Paypal account to send money to me. You simply click on send money and use your debit/credit card info to Paypal and Paypal sends me the money. Your financial information is not revealed to me.

I will accept Concealed cash (sent at your own risk). Money Orders require extra steps and an additional 7-10 business days, plus $1.00.

> I carefully package all items I ship out. Alert your post office, rather than me, to poor handling. I will do my best to give you an ETA on your item(s) based on the day I ship.

> Difficult Bidder's and suspected fraudulent dispute filers shall be blocked from future auctions. I will not respond to rude, accusatory or argumentative e-mails. I will NOT honor auctions won by minors, suspected minors or suspected scammers.

> IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED, HAVE LESS THAN 5 FEEDBACK, 2 OR MORE NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK PLEASE CONTACT ME OR LEAVE ME COMMENTS SO I KNOW YOUR NOT TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE. IF YOU FEEL AN EXPLINATION IS IN ORDER, SEND ME A PERSONAL MESSAGE.

> If I do not hear from you, I will NOT refund credits and I have the option of relisting any items. If shipping fees are not discussed between the Winner and myself within 24 - 36 hours, the same applies. I take my auctions seriously and respond accordingly.
