You put the tape on top of your eyelids. Everyone's eyelids are different so it may take you a couple of tries to get it right! After you do so, Ye tape will lift your eyelids up creating an illusion to make your eyes appear bigger. If you're still confused, I recommend going on YouTube to find a step-by-step tutorial.
