I read your feedback, and it looks like you don't understand this site that well. You actually have to put the item in an envelope or a box, address it to the Winner, and take it to the Post Office. They will put the postage on it for you. You have to pay them for the postage, and they will send it to the winner of the auction. If you don't have an envelope or box, you can buy one there. Only then will you get the credits. If you don't send it, the Winner of the auction has to wait 7 days for you to NOT send it, then they can request a refund. If you don't grant the refund, they have to wait ANOTHER 5 days for Listia to return their credits. Now do you think that's fair to the people who win your auctions? This has been your pattern, and now that it has been explained to you, it shouldn't happen anymore right?
