The listing, Rue 21 Floral Dress has ended.

This "dress" is super super cute! I would love to keep it but its time to clean out my closet and I haven't pulled it out in over a year. Although I would like to consider this a dress, it is VERY short. If you plan on wearing it I highly suggest leggings or jeans, otherwise you take the risk of flashing your friends and family. The tags say S - as in Small and is from my local Rue 21. Still in great condition and only wore a few times due to length. There are loops for a belt but I do not currently have the belt. Again, SHORT!
