They are used, and have been worn. Some slight wear marks in some areas. They are not worn out. No tears or signs of stains. They have a lot of life left in them.

These pants run a bit large. The 4/5 fit my son perfectly, and he wore a 6 slim in other brands. Here is the list of measurements to help:
Inseam = 17 1/2"
Waist = 19"
