Here are two new with tags pair of leggings. They are both a size S/M. I wear a size 7 in jeans and while I could pull these up all they way they were extremely tight so they will fit smaller jean sizes.

If by soft you mean fleece, no they are not. I'm not sure what kind of material they are because I can't find any tags on them with that information. They seem to be some sort of cotton blend but I'm not really sure. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful!
