This is a Sam's Club/Walmart gift card with $9.47 on it. It says on the back that it can be used at Sam's Club stores, Samsclub.com, Walmart stores and/or Walmart.com. To use it at Sam's Club you must be a member. I can send you just the code through Listia or send the physical card in mail.
