not sure the designer but its definately for a child or a woman with tiny bones. It fits me but I have really small wrists, just to give you an Idea I wear a size 5 ring on wedding finger.. small....its gold tone and very pretty

LOL, Thanks...My dad always said that girls with small hands have the biggest hearts..which can be more of a curse then a blessing sometimes...lol
