What is this tote for? What can it carry?

It can be used for small tools but I personally think it would be great as a gift bag for a scrapper... just slip their gift inside! Also it would be great for a little girl just getting started in scrapbooking because it is big enough for all the basic tools (aside from a paper cutter!).
