Beautiful semi sheer blouse. Size 2X it has the crinkle fabric look. you need to wear a camisole with it . it has a little ruffle , and you can tie it at the neck. the sleeves are a slight bell shape. it's been in my closet for years. I bought it but never worn it. at first it was to small and now it's to big.

this blouse is very roomy and could probably fit a 3X and it would look very nice with black slacks
