Blessed Smudge from an ordained Priestess. It contains: Blue sage, cinnamon and...Did you think I was going to tell you everything? *winks* I will be auctioning 6 of these off. 2 ounces per bag, I will include a cleansed quartz crystal in each bag.
Smudging: Shamanic smudging or just smudging is an age-old tribal tradition which has been used for centuries to create harmony and peace. There are many different shamanic smudging ceremonies, and different tribes use a variety of herbs for smudging. To define it more clearly, shamanic smudging is the burning of herbs or incense for cleansing, purification, protection of physical and spiritual bodies, banishment of negative energies and creation of sacred space. You can use smudge sticks (herbs that are tied into a bundle for easier handling), braided herbs and botanicals (like sweetgrass) or loose herbs (burned on charcoal or mugwort, or in a firepit). Shamanic smudging releases the energy and fragrance of the herbs and botanicals so they can heal, cleanse and purify.

i take it these are loose herbs? would it be fine to toss a bit of it in with some spring water in an oil burner? i don't have charcoal or anything to burn it on :\
also, does it smell good? i've heard sage smells kind of gross by itself, but it seems you've mixed it with other things. i've never done a smudging before. i've been wanting to tho. my room really needs it. i can only clear so much with candles and incense, and it doesn't last too long.

Yes, these are loose herbs, and that would work. There are species of sage that can be...repugnant. I use blue sage and personally? I could roll in it like a cat lol
