Just a friendly tip from someone who learned the hard way :
If you only ship on the 1st of each month then you should make sure your auctions end within 7 days of the 1st. Even when you warn bidders of delays they can open disputes. Listia policy is that items must be shipped within 7 days.

This happened to me. Mine is because we had severe flooding all across our state and our town got it the worst. I had 250 plus positive feedback and had never been late shipping items. I posted updates on items that already had bids warning people that our town was under 6 feet of water, then more rain came it was 13 plus feet of water and I had 1 lady who freaked out because I couldn't send her item on time. She opened the dispute and they sided with her even after telling them to Google our town and see that it's a disaster zone now. It didn't matter.once a refund is given by you or listia Then they can leave negative negative feedback. I strive for 100% positive feedback and that ruined it.
