CHEST: Laying Flat, across 17" UnStretched , will easily fit up to 18-19", as there is Elastic, right below the Bust, running around the dress.
LENGTH: FROM TOP OF SHOULDER TO HEM: 52 Inches. LENGTH-FROM UNDER THE ARM TO HEM: 42 Inches.
