Yes, it works. You can google instructions but I think you just fill it with your tortilla, filling and another tortilla, and press. It heats it and the insides of the quesadilla.

what year is this one? Is it the "older" model with the 1/8 inch drip tray or the newer model with a full one inch drip tray?
