Hello I noticed that you said that you do not know if it is real or not? Well I was told several years back that if you take a magnet to it and it sticks then its just metal. Now I have done it with silver and it worked but I do not know about gold? Maybe you can call a jewelers to ask them? I am disabled as well and I do not get out alot so the internet and phone is my gateway. Just a suggestion. F&W.
