Another great example of bringing vintage into a modern design. 1940's vintage clip on Sarah Coventry earrings with blue crystals in a slight arc are placed on the shoulders of this necklace as a frame. Glued with jewelers glue intact so you can see the the designer name on the back. These were bought in lot from an estate sale of this ladies Grandmother. She stated the items I bought were from the 40's. The base of this necklace is a glass seed bead multi strand necklace with an extender. A stunning piece with so much sparkle and shine. The perfect glitz and glam for that LBD; or it would be quite chic with a blouse and jeans.

am i understanding that the earrings are glued to the necklace? that's such a nice idea. thanks.

Yes, I did that so that it wouldn't take away from the earrings and the markings. I use E-6000 glue but if your patient and careful enough with some non acetone nail polish remover they would eventually come off and shouldn't damage the earrings. Thanks and Happy New Year!
