One side of drawstring elastic at waist has come out and will need to be strung thru again and tacked. Zippers all function well. Zipper pocket on each side.

It weighs 1.5lbs. Go to usps.com, my zip is 65669.

Weight is 1.2 lbs. It's in a priority package so will ship that way unless otherwise requested. I just don't have another envelope at this time. If you choose any other way the weight will be more.
You can go to usps.com and figure shipping coming from 65669 (add delivery confirmation to it)
