Lovely printed Dog collar. New, tried on but didn't fit. This came from a friend so I do not know what size dog it is for. I put the tape measure by it for reference though.

As I said in my description, I don't know what size it is but the entire thing is 15 inches so a medium???

She is too big for a size small but any I buy the mediums don't adjust but they're longer than that one
