The listing, Recoton Regulated DC Converter AD60 has ended.

Output: DC 3V-12V 0-300mA
Voltage selector switch
Center polarity switch

Not really sure what the white part is on the cord, maybe some type of safety fuse. The tape was to keep me from accidentally changing the switches.

I remember killing my little portable t.v. when I first got it because the switches had been changed. Anyway, it's been sitting in a drawer for a few years so it hasn't been used a lot.
