it doesnt work like that the seller has to release the phone to the highest bidder the only way you can get it for a certin price if the seller uses GIN which this phone is worth more than that so dont try to rip the girl off you have to be careful Kathleen dont let noboady trick you into removing an item b/c they want it if they really want it they will bid and continue to bid i have seen this phone go for more than 3000 so good luck :) okay
