I purchased this for my 12# Standard Yorkshire Terrier. It is PETCO brand, is very soft, and has mesh-like material. It is brand new and has never been used as he always gives me trouble sitting still before walks and me being harness-impaired, I could never get it on him without getting flustered and frustrated.

With that being said...It's simple and easy to use really, and has Left and Right and other instruction tags on it to help with putting it on your pet.

I however, gave up and would rather see someone else get some good use out of it, as the time to bring it back for a refund expired long ago :) I paid over $20 for it. It doesn't have a size on it, but it would have fit my guy perfectly if I hadn't given up... 12-15# I'd say.

Even the straps are secure and well-made. It's a great little harness, seemingly made with quality material. It's a deep purple color.
