Description

The listing, RARE 1930'S CHRISTMAS DECORATION has ended.

This is a little gem that should never have survived the rigors of time and yet it has.the star is fashioned of sculpted aluminum into a complex star shape crowned with tiny mercury glass beads.i think they were probably meant originally as package ties or some other minor accent but i have always used it as a mini christmas tree topper in my village tablescapes. when paired with other mini tree decorations it becomes the star of the show.if you collect vintage christmas items or are just looking for that one finishing touch, this is your auction.all listia rules apply

Yes,it was a better time and that's why it's so important to hold onto these tiny treasures.there was never a more glorious christmas tree than a small bottlebrush with one of these stars on top. christmas' like that don't happen anymore, sad to say. and these young kids don't even know what they're missing.
