Lol, I have the same ones listed. I'm sure we don't shop at the same place, but we do have very similar taste. Love all your listings!

Oh Awesome! Do you make yours yourself as well! I know I only shop in my basement! I think it would be awesome to talk to other people who shape stones as well! It is a skill that not many people have these days! I will have to stop by and take a look. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by and have a look! I am always happy to meet a fellow Gem and Crystal Lover! Have a beautiful evening and a Wonderful Rest of your weekend! ~Namaste

Are you kidding me? I can't do anything but attach jump rings to things, and I can barely do that, lol. It's incredible that you make these! That's talent, and it must take a lot of skill plus a lot of patience. I have neither, but I like pretty things. I looked through your listings and love everything. Do you make all of it? How did you learn how to work with stones? It's too late for me now, and I can hardly use my hands anymore, but I'm curious. We have excellent taste, and I love looking at your auctions. Now that I know you make these items yourself, I'll be bidding on them in the future. I have my eye on a couple, and they're on my watch list.

Thank you so much for your great questions and compliments! I got started because when I got married too many years ago to admit =) I could not even stand the price of wedding rings. Being practical my hubby and I downloaded specs from the Library of Congress on how to make and 1850's tech forge. We have 15 acres and we made one and kind of fell in love with the casting part and I have always loved Crystals and Gemstones so I started traveling the world to make sure that the Crystals and Gemstones we bought we both Earth Friendly as well as Indigenous population friendly. I learned from others who could do so by watching, asking questions, and of course reading anything i could find on it. Shaping stones may actually be easier on your hands than putting together jewelry. It can be very relaxing and soothing and doesn't always have to be so detailed. It is something to think about. I don't believe any of us are at a point where we can't learn more and learn new things. I know as we age our hands get stiff and arthritic and like I said using a rock blanket can actually be soothing. Also I always want to let people know that you can download just about any book on anything for FREE from the Library of Congress. Our Tax dollars pay for so we might as well use it! =) I hope that answers some questions for you and if I can ever help feel free to drop me a line. I am always happy to listen, answer, whatever it is I can do. Have a Super Saturday evening! ~Namaste

Oh wow! I read you comment where you said you make your own stones but am confused about one thing. Why don't you have it in the title that all of your stones are handmade? Wouldn't that go a long way with sales? I know there's a lot of us on here that absolutely love handmade items! I hope you're having a wonderful day :)

Well I really don't think about it b/c I do it with Love now. There is no I could actually ask for what things are worth. Plus things like the brass bells I have listed I didn't make. I picked those up on a buying trip on India. I had a brick and mortar store front when I got a rare Cancer and we had to close the doors unexpectedly. So my Stainless Steel pieces I didn't make. Also my hubby does a lot of the heavy lifting. You make an excellent point. I have so many people who after 4 years just know that I never think about it anymore. I do appreciate you taking the time to stop by and take a look and ask me a GREAT Question that I wish I had a better answer for. I am definitely going to be thinking about it. Thank you so much and a HUGE *E* HUG to you! I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday afternoon!

I never ask for what my stuff is really worth either. The credit prices are out of control. However, I am newer and would've never known that you make these. Plus there are many other new people on here and Christmas is around the corner. I'm not a "gift card gal" and sure don't mind spending credits on home made items! I've seen them on eBay, Aliexpress and may other websites so when I saw this, and your other stones, that's where I thought they came from. Then I came to read the comments (I always read the description and comments) and was just amazed. I have a multitude of problems myself but when I embroider or draft a set of house plans, I always put my name/initials on them. I think of it like a painter putting their name on their work! Might as well take credit where credit is due :) I did enjoy looking at all of your listings earlier though. I hope you have a wonderful Tuesday evening! {{Blessings}}

First, OMGoodness! I have literally spent ALL day thinking it was Wednesday. I do apologize for my severe Blonde Moment. I will say my hubby works nights from home and I home school my son so every once in a while I get my days mixed, though I usually figure it out long before this time of day. tee hee. You make a great point because I don't want anyone to think my stuff comes from China. I always tell people in my ring description that they are Original Designs but I don't every list it in the title. Sadly it can back fire as well because people want something "perfect" and I swear once they know I made it they start to look for imperfection which my pieces are always going to have because my pieces don't come off of a conveyor belt and my human hands are never going to make two pieces EXACTLY alike. I have also had people accuse me of buying things from China. I can assure you my designs are really mine. However, I do look everywhere (I am in LOVE with Pinterest) for inspiration so maybe I saw one that was close to the one that I saw or as I have said it doesn't mean someone didn't see mine. I have met artisans all over the world and when it comes down to it we are never going to have the money to patent our designs. We have to much passion for what we do to worry about it anyway.
I really appreciate you taking the time to talk to me and let me know that I may be missing a marketing opportunity. I only list on here because there is always a chance that i could get sick again and since with Listia you have 7 days to ship and we are literally giving things away then there doesn't feel so much pressure like I did when I was on eBay. It has given me a lot to think about. I sincerely honor your time and energy you expended to chat with me. I love learning and thinking about new ideas and am always open to suggestion. Thank you so MUCH and have a Terrific TUESDAY evening! =)

No need to apologize! Oh, I wasn't meaning go and patent a heart pendant or anything. I meant just for the sake of on here. There's people I go to, on here, just to get handmade items from. Like crotched centerpieces for tables and coasters and the like. To each their own; as the saying goes! It was wonderful talking with you also! I guess I'm going to have to go and check out this Pinterest site and Etsy while I'm at it :) I've heard all about them but never seem to see what all the "rave" is about. I don't even have a Twitter or Instagram account! We can only do so much on here and at home. Plus there never seems to be enough time in a day to get everything done you want to accomplish. Ahhh well!
The people that get something and look for imperfections need to look at their own imperfections first before judging someone else :) I am a good embroider but all my stitches are not exactly the same length apart however, I have gotten way better with time in being able to judge the distance. You have to have a keen eye with Drafting also. one millimeter off and there goes the whole darn house! "Judge not lest you be judged yourself." Have a great evening! I have a few of your items on my watchlist and can't wait to see what else you come up with in the future :) It was good speaking with you also and I'm glad I could be of help to you :)

Well, in general I stay away from all things that fall into the category of "social media" because I am wary of putting my life online and since we are a Military family AND I was a Child abuse and Neglect Investigator when I first moved to this state and was working on my Masters, which is a job that does not make one Popular then I just steer clear of all things like that. However, Pinterest allows me to "pin" ideas that I find online to "boards" so that I can find them again when I am needing them. I have one "board" for all things about raising chickens (which I do for many reasons.) to Jewelry ideas. So it is easy to find articles and ideas about any specific thing I have read online about. I just really enjoy it. Yes, I can see what my friends have listed on their boards but it also allows you to have "private boards" so they don't show up to your friends. So things like "my health" board I keep private so that I don't have to explain any new complications from my Cancer treat to everyone. So it one I do actually recommend it to people who are creative in anyway.
Thank you so much for all your encouragement! Always feel free to drop me a private message anytime. I do love getting to chat with all the really good people that I have met here on Listia!
Have a good night, a peaceful slumber, and a Wonderful WEDNESDAY tomorrow. tee hee =)
